• Please provide accurate details, including the selected activity, date, number of participants, pickup location, and a reachable contact number.
• A booking is confirmed only after AWAN TREKKING has confirmed the arrangements and any required payment or deposit with you in writing.
• Prices, inclusions, pickup arrangements, and availability should be reconfirmed before payment.

2. Prices and Payments

• The price and what is included will be communicated for the selected tour or package before you confirm.
• Any deposit, balance, payment method, and payment deadline will be explained during booking.
• Additional activities, personal purchases, tips, and items not listed as included may cost extra.
• Please keep your payment confirmation and booking messages for reference.

3. Changes, Cancellations and Refunds

• If you need to change or cancel a booking, contact AWAN TREKKING as soon as possible.
• Changes depend on availability and may affect the price or transport arrangements.
• Any cancellation fee, refund eligibility, and refund timeline will be communicated and agreed at the time of booking, before payment.
• If weather, safety conditions, access restrictions, or circumstances outside the operator’s control affect a tour, AWAN TREKKING will discuss reasonable alternatives, rescheduling, or any applicable refund terms with you.

4. Pickup and Itinerary

• Please be ready at the agreed pickup point and time.
• Provide the correct accommodation address and notify us promptly if your pickup details change.
• Itineraries and timings are estimates and may change because of traffic, weather, local conditions, or safety requirements.
• Optional stops and activities are subject to availability, timing, and any additional charges confirmed during booking.

5. Participant Safety and Responsibilities

• Participants must follow instructions from the guide, driver, and activity operator.
• Please tell us before the activity about any relevant mobility limitations, injuries, or other needs that could affect safe participation.
• Wear suitable clothing and footwear and bring any personal items recommended for the selected activity.
• Some activities have age, health, fitness, or other participation requirements. Please confirm these before booking.
• AWAN TREKKING may refuse or stop participation when reasonably necessary for safety.

6. Third-Party Activities

Some activities may be provided by independent local operators. Their availability, safety instructions, eligibility rules, and operating conditions may also apply. We will communicate relevant details available to us before confirmation.

7. Personal Belongings and Respect

Participants are responsible for their personal belongings. Please respect local communities, sacred places, wildlife, the natural environment, and instructions at each destination. Do not leave rubbish on trails or at activity sites.

8. Acceptance and Contact

By confirming a booking, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the terms communicated for your specific tour, including its price, inclusions, payment arrangements, and applicable cancellation or refund terms.
