- Cash payment is commonly accepted; please confirm the payment arrangement with our team when booking.
- The price depends on the selected package, pick-up area, number of participants, and any optional activities selected.
- Any additional charges will be explained before the activity.
3. Pick-up & Meeting Point
- For Hotel Pick-Up, please provide the complete hotel or villa name and address.
- For Meeting Point bookings, guests are responsible for arriving at the agreed location and time.
- Please be ready at the confirmed pick-up time to help the tour run smoothly.
4. Weather & Safety
- Trekking is subject to weather, trail conditions, and guidance from the local guide.
- For everyone’s safety, guests must follow the guide’s instructions throughout the activity.

How long does Mount Batur Daytime Trekking take?
The trekking experience generally takes around 5–6 hours, depending on the pace of the group, trail conditions, and time spent at the summit.
Is Mount Batur suitable for beginners?
It can be suitable for beginners with a reasonable level of fitness. The route includes uphill walking on uneven terrain, so take your time and follow your guide’s instructions.
Do you provide hotel pick-up and drop-off?
Yes. You can select Hotel Pick-Up when booking. The round-trip transfer fee depends on your accommodation area and will be confirmed by our team. You can also choose to meet at the designated meeting point.

Are drinking water and trekking equipment included?
Mineral water and trekking equipment are provided according to the confirmed package details. Lunch is included in the daytime trekking package, according to the confirmed booking details.
What should I bring?
Bring suitable trekking or sports shoes, sunscreen, a hat or cap, a camera or phone, a small bag, personal medication if needed, and a change of clothes if you wish. Mineral water, a headlamp or flashlight, and a trekking pole are provided.
Can I add a waterfall or hot spring visit?
Optional activities may be available depending on the package. Select the activity you want during booking and check the displayed additional costs before confirming.
