  • Professional 4WD Jeep: A 4x4 Jeep ride with an experienced local driver who can guide visitors to the best photo spots.
  • Hotel Pickup & Drop-off (Optional): A private air-conditioned vehicle with a driver for certain areas, such as Ubud, Kintamani, Sanur, Kuta, Seminyak, Canggu, and Denpasar. The transfer fee depends on the area and must be selected when booking.
  • Entrance Tickets & Levies: Mount Batur Geopark area tickets and village/Kintamani levies: what is covered in the package price must be confirmed before booking.
  • Jeep Route According to Your Package: Trip 1: Black Lava & Black Sand. Trip 2: Black Lava, Black Sand & Floating Temple. Additional entrance or destination access fees must be confirmed.
  • Mineral Water, Breakfast & Hot Drinks: Mineral water, breakfast, and hot drinks should not be assumed to be included in the base price; availability must be confirmed before booking.
  • Blanket or Warm Jacket: If needed, the availability of a blanket or warm jacket must be confirmed first and is not automatically included.
  • Natural Hot Spring (Optional): Not included in the base price; only available if chosen as an add-on and its price and availability have been confirmed.

  • Hotel Transfer: Not included in the base Jeep price; available as an optional extra with a fee based on the pickup area.
  • Hot Spring & Additional Activities: Tickets or fees for additional activities, including the hot spring, are not included unless selected and confirmed in writing.
  • Unconfirmed Destination Access Fees: Floating Temple tickets, certain destination tickets, parking, or levies not covered by the package must be confirmed before the activity.
  • Personal Expenses & Tips: Personal shopping, extra food or drinks, and tips for the driver are not included.
  • Breakfast & Warm Gear: The base package does not promise breakfast or a blanket/jacket. Availability must be confirmed first.

For the Mount Batur Jeep Day Trip, prepare practical gear to explore the Black Lava, Black Sand, and Floating Temple areas according to your chosen package. This is a daytime Jeep trip, not a sunrise trekking package.

Bring a hat or sunglasses and use sunscreen, especially in sunny weather.

Which Jeep Day Trip packages are available?

There are two packages: Trip 1 visits Black Lava and Black Sand; Trip 2 adds Floating Temple. Prices are Rp800,000 or Rp900,000 per Jeep, with a capacity of 1–3 people per Jeep.

Is sunrise included in this package?

No. Mount Batur Jeep Day Trip is a daytime tour and does not include a sunrise experience.

What should I bring?

For the Jeep Day Trip, bring comfortable closed-toe shoes, sun protection, a camera or smartphone, drinking water, and a small backpack. Cash for personal expenses may be useful; a light jacket is optional.

Can you arrange hotel pickup?

Hotel transfer may be selected when available. Choose Hotel Transfer and provide your pickup area when making your booking.
